Mitsubishi Dealer: Where To Go For My Montero Or Eclipse Mitsubishi Parts
My wife and I have been Mitsubishi owners for about five years now.It all started when I was darting around in a
new Lancer before I got married. In
fact, it was the car I had when I met my wife.It was perfect for what I needed, and it was fast.I work in outside sales, and it came in very
handy for everything I needed. It also
was a car that I took pride in, and worked on myself to keep the maintenance
regular.I buy Mitsubishi parts from a Mitsubishi dealer.
After we got married, I bought her a Montero, so she would have
something a bit bigger.It also made a
great weekend vehicle for the mountains. We use it for our ski car in the winter.I also upgraded to an Eclipse so that we would have a car for going out
in, and it also does well for my job. It’s a bit more grown up to look good in, and fun to drive.
Since my Army days, I have found myself a bit of a weekend mechanic.I like to spend time on my cars, and keep
them running well.If anything major
comes up, I take it to the dealer, but for the most part, I do it myself. The good thing about my cars is that they run
well, and last.So I mostly just do
regular maintenance myself, but can handle some repairs. To keep them up, I tend to only get OEM
(original equipment manufacturer) Mitsubishi parts.I do this because I trust them more than an
aftermarket brand for my cars. And I
always get them from a Mitsubishi dealer.
I do this because I think it is important to drive the car I
purchased.I trust Mitsubishi, and want
my car to be from them and not from someplace else in the world who sells some
cheap replacement parts.Since I’m now
married, I am tending to keep my cars a while longer than I did before.Financially, this makes sense. If I take care of them, and keep them looking
good, there will be no need to spend the extra money every other year buying a
new car when I can buy a better house, or prepare for babies and
retirement.
My vehicles are fun to drive, and look good. They are both three years old now, and still
look and run like they did when we bought them.My wife not only drives her auto to work, but uses it for her side
business.Because of this, I find it
necessary that she is able to get where she needs to safely, and always keep it
looking good for her.She spends about
half her days making deliveries in it.The fact that I keep it up for her makes her feel secure in knowing she
won’t break down on the freeway somewhere. She means everything to me, so I do it right with the Mitsubishi parts
so it runs like new.
My car is a bit different.I keep
it washed and waxed.I also change the
oil quite often amongst other things. When she is not around with me, I will let it unwind, and push it.I drive it harder than she does.Driving an Eclipse is a cool thing, and I
have to drive it that way.I spend most
of my day in it.I have it set up with
satellite radio, and have some pretty cool wheels on it.Those are the only items that did not come
from the factory.I did say that I have
to look good, didn’t I?
